Privacy Policy
A plain-language explanation of the information we collect, why we use it, who supports that processing, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
We collect the information needed to review enquiries, deliver agreed work, operate the site, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or add project-enquiry details to a marketing list by default.
You can contact us to ask questions or exercise rights that apply in your location.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how NexGen Developers (“NexGen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, submit a project enquiry, communicate with us, or become a client.
A separate client agreement, data-processing agreement, or project-specific notice may apply when we deliver services. If those documents conflict with this website policy, the more specific document controls for that activity.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
- Enquiry details: name, email, company, website, service interest, project stage, budget range, timing, project description, and referral source.
- Communications: messages, meeting notes, proposal feedback, and other correspondence.
- Client and transaction records: contact, billing, contractual, access, and project-delivery information where we work together.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, pages requested, and security or error logs generated by hosting and infrastructure providers.
How and why we use information
We use personal information only for defined business and legal purposes.
- To review and respond to enquiries, assess project fit, arrange conversations, and prepare proposals.
- To enter into, manage, deliver, support, and improve client work.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the performance of this website and our systems.
- To maintain business records, protect legal rights, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.
- To send marketing only where we have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, your consent. The project planner does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
Legal bases where they apply
Depending on your location, data-protection law may require us to identify a legal basis. We generally rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether our purpose is necessary and proportionate and whether your rights override that interest.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.
- With authorised NexGen team members and contractors who need the information to review an enquiry or deliver work and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- With service providers that support hosting, email delivery, communications, project management, security, consent-based website analytics, and professional operations.
- With professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or authorities where reasonably necessary to protect rights, meet obligations, or respond to lawful requests.
- As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
EmailJS and form delivery
The project planner is designed to send enquiry information through EmailJS once the site owner configures that service. EmailJS and the connected email provider process the submitted fields to deliver the message. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to that processing.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal data in the project description.
Optional website analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, it remains off until you accept optional analytics. Google may then process information about pages viewed, referral source, device and browser category, general location, and website interactions to help us understand and improve the site. We do not send your name, email, company, website, project description, or other project-form contents to Analytics.
You can withdraw or change that choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Notice for more information about the technologies and controls involved.
International processing
We are based in Pakistan and work remotely. Our team and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules.
Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use an appropriate contractual, organisational, or legal mechanism for the relevant processing.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, applicable legal or contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and security.
- Unsuccessful or inactive project enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months so we can understand prior conversations and avoid asking you to repeat context, unless a shorter period is required or you request deletion where applicable.
- Client, financial, contractual, and delivery records may be retained for the engagement and the period reasonably required by law, tax rules, insurance, or legitimate record-keeping needs.
- Technical and security logs are normally retained for shorter operational periods determined by the relevant infrastructure provider and security need.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and our business. These may include access controls, limited permissions, secure service providers, software updates, backups, and confidentiality obligations.
No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a request, use the contact form or email nexgendevs7@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and request before acting. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children, links, and changes
This website and our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the project planner.
The site may link to third-party websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by them, not us.
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
